  • Warm water
  • Beet juice (5-6 teaspoons)
  • Cotton
  • Napkin or cloth
  • Cotton towel

Wash your face with lukewarm water and let it dry. This application removes the dirt on your face for the beet juice to take effect. Fill a bowl with beet juice and dip cotton in it. After absorbing the cotton beet juice well, apply it to your face. Keep away from your eyes and mouth. Be sure to thoroughly wet your face with beetroot juice. After waiting for a while, repeat the process with new cotton without rinsing your face. Leave it on your face for 15, maximum 20 minutes. Try not to touch your hands too much, as beet juice discolors. After keeping the beet juice on your face, dip a cloth or napkin in warm water and wipe your face with circular movements. Afterwards, dry your skin gently with a towel. You will notice that your skin has become radiant.

Repeat this application 2 times a month to have beautiful skin.

Beet Juice Mask


  • Beet juice (2 teaspoons)
  • Yogurt (1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Clay (2 teaspoons)

Mix beet juice, yogurt, clay and lemon juice and apply on your face. After waiting for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water and pat dry your face. It will be enough to use it regularly twice a week for better results.
